Frequently asked questions

How much is postage?

Postage is charged by total weight of the goods to be sent, which is calculated at the time of checkout. The amount charged will be the same as Royal Mail, plus VAT.

What is the delivery time?

Most items are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being received. Actual delivery times are dependant upon Royal Mail service, but generally special delivery is next day, 1st class is 1-3 days, and second class 2-5 days. Royal mail state that 1st class parcels may take up to working 15 days for delivery. If an item is delayed, it is necessary to wait 15 working days before any claim or investigation can be made.

Can I receive by next day?

Please select "special delivery" as your delivery option. If goods are in stock and if the order is received before 10am, your parcel will be reviewed next day (Monday to Thursday only). Special delivery parcels that are dispatched on Friday may be received on Saturday but Royal Mail cannot guarantee this. These will likely be delivered on the Monday.

Let us help you with your shopping, please use these guidelines to navigate our e-commerce site.

Decide on the item(s) to be purchased and click on the button marked "BUY". To continue purchasing choose your items and again press the cart button. Should you need more than one item of a specific product and colour this can be adjusted prior to the checkout button.

Click the checkout button and select the payment method you would like to use. Please check all of your details also that you have all the items listed you wish to purchase. By clicking the to pay button your particulars are sent to our secure server. The padlock on the payment page ensures complete security.

Confirmation of order will be forwarded to you via email also confirmation of your payment. Your order will then be sent to us for processing. Upon its dispatch a confirmation e mail will be sent. Your Dispatched Order

Royal Mail First Class, Special Delivery or Courier next day is available for the U.K. Goods to the European Union will be charged at current postage rates.

We carry the majority of lines in our online shop but there are occasions when items are special orders. Your goods should arrive within 2-3 days unless you have a specific arrangement with us for next day delivery. If your order is received on a Saturday or Sunday your order will be dispatched on Monday. We will always send stock items straight away with any out of stock products being sent as soon as available at no extra cost to you.
