Mehron's "exclusive", "ultra soft" makeup pencil was created specifically for outlining and drawing face and body designs. After you've tried the "Pro-Pencil" you will never be without one! Makeup is encased in a sturdy black "plasticized" casing which cleanly "peels-off" when sharpened.
