A clear solution which is used to apply the body illustration colours.

Soluble with the BIC alcohol activator. These colours are smudge and water resistant. They are excellent for creating age effects, wounds and tattoos. Available in 38 shades. Can be removed with Hydro Oil or Make-up Remover.
